Proactive Autonomic Management of Cloud ResourcesPanacea is a research project supported by the European Commission under the ICT Theme of the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development. The main goal of the project is to provide Proactive Autonomic Management of Cloud Resources, based on Machine Learning. The video bellow presents the project. More information about this project is available here. Video: SOP Project DemonstratorIn the following video it can be observed the demonstrator built for the project SOP. The objective of this project is to build a hybrid working model for consumers and professional computing, that takes benefit from a mix between local installation/management and remote access to software and services located in distant dedicated datacenters or even in other non-used consumers’ machines. For more details, see here. Video: Bandwidth Sharing in TCPThe TCP protocol controls the flow of traffic in the Internet. TCP reacts to congestion and adapts dynamically the transmission rate to the conditions of the network. A key parameter in a transmission is the round-trip-time, that is, the time it takes a packet to travel back and forth from origin to destination. Video: Multimodal Dialog SystemIn the following video, it is presented the demo of the INMA project.
